What it means#

A billing operation referenced a plan identifier we do not recognise.

What to do#

Plan ids are free, developer, growth, scale. If this arrived from a gateway callback rather than your own code, it means a gateway plan id has not been mapped on our side — that is ours to fix, not yours. Quote the request_id and we will map it.

We refuse rather than guess deliberately: granting an unknown plan is how a customer silently receives the wrong entitlement, and it is not recoverable without knowing what they actually bought.
